Andrew Beebe, President, has directed the daily operations of EI Solutions since helping to found Energy Innovations. Previously, Andrew was a Partner with Clean Edge, a leading clean tech consulting firm helping companies, investors, and governments understand and profit from clean technologies. He co-founded Bigstep, the small business services company, serves on the Boards of Global Green and The Apollo Alliance and is a member of ACORE CEO Council.

Joe Benga, Executive Vice President of Engineering and Construction, has nearly thirty years' experience managing commercial and industrial construction projects. He is a licensed general contractor in California, Nevada and Oregon. He served as VP of Projects for a leading international solar energy company, for which he installed a 10 MW plant in Europe.

Johann Niehaus, Vice President of Engineering is responsible for the sub-contractor and end-client relationships for EIS, managing aspects of design, permitting, installation and construction of all projects. With over 13 years of experience, Johann has been responsible for the design, development and implementation of various PV projects covering applications such as commercial and residential grid-tied/off-grid applications, water delivery projects from small single module systems to multi horsepower PV-direct, and UPS design. Johann is a member of the North American Board of Certified Energy Practitioners (NABCEP) and has his C-10 Contractor license, RME.

Marco Garcia, Executive Vice President of Sales, brings nearly a decade of experience in large-scale photovoltaic (PV) system sales and international business development. He was Director of Sales for the European subsidiary of a leading international solar energy company. He has developed over 100 MW of solar projects in the U.S. and Europe.

Sara Hammes, Vice President of Marketing, was previously Manager of Business-to-Business Strategy for Southern California Edison, the leading utility in utilizing renewable energy. Her prior experience also includes marketing and strategy positions in the high tech and interactive industries.

Benjamin Compton, Vice President of Customer Service, leads the EIS Customer Service department, fostering positive customer experience while overseeing all aspects of field service, technical support, and performance monitoring. With over 13 years experience in the energy industry, Ben has developed successful commissioning and strategic operational plans for over 200 MW of solar systems, ranging in size from several kilowatts up to multi-megawatt (23 MW) power plants.
